Phlebotomy # 5

I needed today… I needed this win.

Today was phlebotomy #5 and I’m so thankful it was successful and it brought me hope.

Having hemochromatosis and awful veins is a horrible joke but helping save other people’s lives is incredible. Everyone at the Guelph Canadian Blood Service Clinic is absolutely amazing. We shared a lot of laughs tonight and we all celebrated getting my vein and a full donation. I’m so thankful for all of them!! See you in 84 days!

Being surrounded by such positivity, good energy and support is everything especially while navigating health diagnoses.
