Hope in the darkness

It’s okay to give the darkness a space to show up… to let it out into the light without shame… to sit with it and sift through it.

The truth is I know the depths of loneliness, I question if I could possibly ever be enough, I carry the heaviness of shame but I also have found hope for being free.

I will sit with you in your darkness and I will remind you that every piece of you is worthy of love and acceptance. You are amazing and beautiful and most importantly never alone.
